Just Another Weekend
The last two days has been just another weekend for me, having booked out yesterday morning due to my Company Orderly duty commitments. Just sit in the company office to do some sai kang and man the office when there is no one else inside. Just answer phone calls and stuff. Quite slack la. When nothing to do can read newspaper and listen to radio. A lot better than doing camp guard duty where i have to either prowl or stand sentry at the gate. Guard duty just sucks.
Straight after i book out, i went back to CGH for my medical review and took another x-ray to see how well i am recovering after my last hospitalisation. Quite dumb la. Tekong Medical Centre wanted me to return the x-ray film after i was discharged. Then now CGH wants me to go get it back for a comparison. Waste time la. Plus now i not in Tekong anymore. So dunno wad my current camp MO will do also.
In the afternoon, i went out shopping alone. I was looking for a bag since now i can book out with civillian bag, no need to carry the field pack anymore. In the end because got discount, i bought a Adidas bag and a hood. Feels so shiok going shopping. This month i will be getting a pay rise because i was promoted from recruit to private. Think i just spent my pay increment liao. Haha.
Today, i stayed at home the whole day, doing nothing other than playing my PSP and sleeping. Times up for me to book in liao. Tml i still have prowling guard duty to do. Sucks completely.
Looking forward to my next book out in a week time.
